Morning all, anyone done anything interesting? I sowed Gardeners Delight Toms, on the 15th January. I bought some of those little peat pots, with the disks of compost you soak. The puppy took the first lot out of my windowcill, so I sowed some more, now in the kitchen window out of her reach! Three have germinated. Never used these disks before, they dry out really quickly. Two days ago, planted up troughs on the grandkids Wendy house, with Polyanthus, blue in Shanes pink in Kaitlyns. Did some tidying up, of dead stuff.

Well no gardening for me for a while, In fact no anything which involves standing up. Went in last Tuesday to have an ingrowing toe nail dealt with. Sadly the nail was too badly damaged and he had to remove the nail. Apparently we do not need toe nails, finger nail, yes, toenails no. So sit with the foot up is the order. Go back today for a change of dressing. Hope I can drive or no easy way to get there. Will drive even if it hurts, but won't tell them.
Suppose to be painful, but it is no worse than it was with the nail growing in.
Getting very frustrated as there is a lot to do out there.

Hello, yes Busy-Lizzie, I did, but it appeared that no-one had posted on it for a year, so I decided to start with a New Year!
But it's been posted on every day for ages, including yesterday and today! Which page did you look at?
I have just seen that, before I could only see stuff about a year old, sorry about that. The format has changed you log into "your" name log onto "messages" it used to show all the messages I have received, they arent there now, you cant do this to me at my age!!!
There's a blip on the forum re avatars and Private Messages - the tech team are dealing with it asap, but that shouldn't affect posts - Messages aren't anything to do with posts on threads

Ah, thats OK then thought it was my seniorcitizenship (age!!!) playing up, thanks guys! The only Avatars I know Dove are those blue giants in the Film of the same name, Er whats an Avatar on this forum?
It's the picture on the left, or little crosses for most of us at the moment while the tech team have the problem. If you click on people's names you can see more about them, such as their previous posts or their details if they've given any. But you can't see back very far at the moment, if you try a squashed tomato appears! Sign of the techy problems.
