I have planted some sweet peas now, in November, as they are supposed to form stronger plants. Using toilet roll inners and have them on a windowsill. They have just germinated, so my question is do I put them I to a cold frame rather leave  them on the windowsill, which will get warmer with the central heating. Any advice very welcome as this is the first time I have tried it. Thanks

Yes  - they don't need cosseted. Sowing indoors is always a mistake with them as they just get leggy and weak  :)

Thanks so much, off to move them now. Also thanks for the links, virtually the same question as mine. I plan toplNt some up in about February and see whether there is a difference. Thanks again Fairygirl.

The best time to sow them is earlier - in October. They'll germinate very readily outside and get to a good size for ticking over in winter  :)
