Hi, I'm been thinking of adding a family apple tree to my garden, I'm really looking for a supplier who will graft on the varietys I want, most suppliers I have found have a set variety available so its that mix or nothing, anyone know of a specialist who can offer a bespoke service?

Deacons nursery on the isle of wight have a number of different "jenny" trees. If one of those is not suitable, maybe they could graft you one , but that would take a couple of years.
