Hello guys,
help with advice needed please. My peach tree Rochester, beautiful fruit every year, has a badly damaged branch. The branch is split for 3 inches along the length. It is about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. I know I am not supposed to prune until late spring. But should I prune it now to prevent infection, bind it, or fill with sealer?

i feel that too. It's warm here today 12.3 o so frost would not be a problem. I will make sure that there is no rain can get on it and hope for the best. Cheers
