Unidentified euphorbia

I know this is a euphorbia but cannot find it on the web. It is single stemmed, over a metre tall andis a prolific self seeder! Very architectural looking. Any ideas?

I was thinking that, nut. Theres a lot about this year for some reason.
I think they're distributed by aliens fb. I had several appear from nowhere last year.
