As you can see we have a big job on our hands at Calder and Hebble Navigation, we used to have three Gardens dotted along the various Locks but, sadly now washed away, we hope to start replanting as soon as we have cleaned up and crt have authorised work to start, we are only a small group of seven (mainly retired) but we are determined to get back to where we were last year, I will post more pictures of our recovery as soon as I can, thanks for all the support , Ruth team leader, Brighouse crt Group
Thankyou Tetley, we did try to get Army Cadets in to help but, Hebden Bridge have been hogging them lol! It has been ALOT worse for them, some of the shops may never re open? I hope & pray for a decent summer ahead for all of us to dry out a bit, I have asked CRT for extra help & other groups are banding together, to help out so, real Yorkshire grit is all around
