I have just been given a Vriesea plant and after reading about it ,it states you should water through the centre tank, can anyone help me in explaining what this means.
It's the natural bowl in the centre of the plant, almost forms a cup where the leaves join together. You fill this with tepid water. I'm sure someone who knows more about theses plants will advise more specifically.
