    Thanks BM - I have to agree, but still not my kinda plant. I think I got it free a few yrs ago and each year when I see new buds appearing from the corm I feel obliged to pot it up. Will probably outlast me image

    Verdun, your borders are good from every angle, this one particularly vibrant, like it image 

    noted the plants, seriousley considering losing some of the lawn for deeper borders

    I thought it was a climber through a shrub at first, that amaranthus stuff or similar, is it hardy? image
