And now my first irises. I didn't notice them when I went out this morning but they were there to great me when I came home
No snowdrops yet but all my crocus are up and there are loads of daffodils flowering in the neighbourhood.
Verdun, I have had to check sites for buying in " the green" as I really can't believe it!
i think I bought my first 20 for £7.00. Yes I am that old!
there is a lovely garden in Fife called Cambo famous for its snowdrops worth a Google
Dary12, they are lovely! Picked a broken daff, put in vase and it flowered beautifully
No snow drops flowering as yet though.
Strange here in Dublin hills.ive had snowdrops since Christmas on the north side of the house. But daffodils and crocus will be months away.
My snowdrops are up in full flower here. Brought them in green on offer here (or at least from a link here) very cheaply. Certainly no way near a third have come up but in a few years if they spread my corner will look wonderful.
