My local GC's have a selection of variants and species from other countries but they don't have the british native Bugle (Ajuga Reptans).
It's the unmolested british native Bugle I'm hoping to find and want.
This is my plant
I think that's a cultivar voyager
Thank you Voyagerxp but I may be wrong but I think this one is a cultivar and may be Carpet Bugle, Ajuga Reptans 'Braunherz'
Not the native british species I'm looking for, sorry.
Again a big thank you though for trying.
There are several variants and sub species.
I wonder if more stock might be available in spring
GCs do have wildflowers sometimes but unless they come from a nursery I've heard of I'm not sure if they're reliably native
I think chiltern sell seeds.

I tried last year and failed, trying again this year too.
Fingers crossed i'll be successful this year.
I'll buy seed if I have too, if I'd bought seed last year (2015) I'd have flowers next year(2017).
I can find plenty of seed online and I could even collect some wild seed to be absolutely sure of species and origin.
I'd do seeds if it were me.

These don't seem to do a plant listing but might be worth contacting. I've been there, lovely place to visit
Thank you nutcutlet i'll contact them tomorrow.
No problem my friend
