advice on garden fertilizer

Hello everyone i'm looking for a pellet fertilizer to put on my garden now or in the next month or so.Want to get nutrients in the garden now to put it good stead when i start to plant in march/april/may.

Want to try this instead of buying 2 ton of compost and save my back he he.

Any recomendations

    Hia Verdun happy new year .

    I've looked at fish blood and bone but i thought that is what you put on the garden round the base of plants when they are in or is there different kinds

    Blood fish and bone as suggested or pelleted poultry manure.

    If you have pets watch out with both - my dog tries to eat them!
