Aloe variegata, also called tiger aloe.
Thanks both, I've got a Aloe Vera and it doesn't look the same also mine has very soft fleshy leaves?
does the variegated sort have different sort of leaves to the plain green?
I agree with Kleipieper, Aloe variegata - I know it by another name of Partridge-breasted Aloe. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aloe_variegata . The flowers are very pretty.
Although it's related to the Aloe vera, I don't think it's sap is used medicinally in the same way.

It's not Aloe vera, it is Aloe variegata!
