micro shoots.Baby leaf

Hello.

Im a micro grower. Ive found myself stuck.

I used to germinate my seeds on compost but I found a new way by germinating my seeds on growfelt matting.  Works great and its cheaper than compost. But im find it hard to get it to true leaf. Not sure if its lack of nutrients or the weather we been having because my green house is hitting 40ºc but I do have 2 large fans and shading. Also well watered morning and before I go home.

These micro shoots are grown for are  Michellin star kichen @ lucknam park hotel and spa.

 

Can anyone give me any advise.

    do the seedlings wilt or just stop growing or what?image

    They aren't wilting. But when they get to seedling leave I find that it just stop growing

    Just have to leave 'em a bit longer. They have to do something sometime don't they?image
