And a Happy New Year from me too. This forum is full of lovely people giving great advice - all with a generous helping of good humour too. Thanks everyone - Hope you all have success in your gardens this year.
Happy New Year from me in Huddersfield. OK, not the most impressive address but right now I'm just pleased I live half way up a hill and am not likely to get flooded. So I send best wishes especially to all the people who have spent the last week clearing up after the floods. I drove through towns where the streets were a mud bath and the houses and shops were emptying their possessions onto the pavements for later removal. Sad, but what got me the most was that on top of each pile every home and shop had thrown out a Christmas tree complete with baubles and lights. So to everyone whose Christmas was destroyed by recent weather I wish a special Happy New Year and hope that your lives will get back to normal and your gardens recover from this horrendous time.
