    Poor plant image How long has it been stuck there with it's head stuffed in the ground and it's feet in the air?! The lack of anything that looks like a bud is another clue if your 'friend' is still not convinced !

  • Oh dearie dear! At least I managed to avoid doing that when I planted my bare root rambling rose a while back! I checked this morning and it's starting to leaf, so I *think* I got it the right way up....

    Not the first time though, I have a friend who help plant 300 trees on a Rugby Club car park a few years ago.

    When everybody went home a couple of people went around them all, just in case and they found four that had been planted upside down!
