Swede

When is it time to harvest swede. They look ready to pull up the leaves are huge!! When we have got them up do we store them like the potatoes, in a cool dark place?

    I would lift them and use them as you need them.  They'll be fine left in the ground until Christmas. 

    Do you like Clapshot? It's my favourite way of eating swede.
