What can I put in now?

Does anyone have any ideas for a space in full sun (hence quite hot at the moment!) whene the foxgloves have finished? I thought about a couple of Japanese anemones becuase they would come back next year. Any other ideas?  Thank you!!

Rudbeckias or  michaelmas daisies will give you colour into autumn.

I wouldn't put Anemones in full sun. They will survive but not flourish. So something with reasonable height...any colour preference? The Rudbeckias as FG suggested or Echinacea with grasses between would work well and behind between those Verbena bonariensis. Towards the front Sedum spectabile depending on how large an area you have to fill.
