  • It's not just the plants - we have a pair of totally smitten wood pigeons trying to do unprintable things together whilst balancing on the trellis on top of our fence image

  • One of my bulbs has also come through - based on what I've planted, it should be a snowdrop or bluebell. It's in a NW facing garden in east London, although it has been incredibly mild here so far this year. I hope they don't all come up now as I'll have a lot less to enjoy in spring!

    Looks like the primroses are brewing a crop of flowers too, and even my small avocado plant is happily growing outside.

    If it's a snowdrop then it should be up now - mine are budding up nicely and I expect them to be blooming any day now - they're always blooming by my birthday at the end of January image
