RSPB Swift Count

Has anyone been having the same problem as me trying to submit your swift count. The RSPB web site has had a problem for the last week or so, you just can not submit your count. I have emailed them and they have come back today to say the problem is solved but again it says there is a problem with their site. I have emailed them again to let them know, they are trying to sort it out and do keep you informed. It is such a shame because I feel it is so important to to look after our wild life.

I also emailed them to say there was a problem filling in the survey. I did the survey this morning, but it doesn't seem to ask quite the right questions, as the swifts that nest on the house are now family parties I think. I would like to write more comprehensive answers but there doesn't seem to be a comments box.
I fully expect them to depart very soon. They scream about the house every hour or so during the day, then go to bed at 10 o'clock!
I have just had an email from the RSPB and I have now successfully submitted my swift count. The questions asked are always the same. The swifts usually depart the beginning of August, i always keep a note in my diary and last year they were gone by August 12th.
