I'm afraid that the picture is too dark for me to see what's going on with your plant, so all I can do at the moment is give some general advice.
Brown patches on leaves of anthuriums are often a sign that the plant is too wet, too cold, or both.
They can also be caused by too little light.
Anthuriums like a light, but not sunny place to live, temperatures not below 17C and twice a week a little luke-warm water.
Never allow the compost to get really soaked and feed the plant every three weeks.
