could i leave dahlias grown in pots untill next spring , short of storage space

so long as they don't get waterlogged or frozen, they'll be fine.
If you're short of space, maybe tuck in them near a sheltered wall of the house, or tuck them under a hedge perhaps?
ok thats good news as i take them out as a rule but getting more and more ha ha
