Tree Lily that snapped off

This is my second year at growing the tree lilies of which they are fantastic (although fragrance is far too powerful for a house).
Due to renovations I had to move the bulbs at the beginning of this year so are in pots for this year, unfortunately when digging two of them out of which were planted deep I broke the stem off, (the stem did have a few anchoring roots) I planted them and they have grown about 6 - 6.5ft and have healthy foliage and buds, my questions is what do I do with them this year, will there be a bulb to store or will it dissintegrate?
