Hello
I have a couple of plants and no idea what they are. Can anyone help please? I have a couple pictures of each which hopefully will help

Hi Angela, the top looks like young buddleia foliage, either that or olive foliage? Second one could be Leycesteria formosa (Pheasant berry), have you had flowers on either of them?
Could one be a form of salix (willow) there is one with very simular leaves
I would have said the first was an olive initially but the red stems are suggesting it is part of the willow family
Many thanks everyone for your suggestions. Not had any flowers on either yet. The top one I bought from a garden centre a couple of years ago but lost the label and for the life of me can't remember what it was
. The second one appeared by itself (bird dropping perhaps?) and I thought I would leave it and see what it became. I'll follow-up your suggestions and let you know if I find anything conclusive.
