Please can anyone tell me what is causing all my geranium leaves to have become almost transparent Im sure its caused by a pest but dont know how to treat it.

Thank you so much Verdun, Im so pleased to know its not just my plants that are suffering. I will take your advice and cut the foliage right back and spray.
