On some forums people do seem to get competitive about how many posts they get on 'their' threads, and we once had someone here who got a bit snarky about the number of replies on Hello Forkers compared to 'his' threads - so that's why I wanted to explain that it's not my thread - I'm just the 'fall guy'

As Dove says, Forkers is a thread for all, started by Dove, at the request of all.
It is much loved by many of us and the amount of problems we get, is very minor compared with other forums.
