Hi, can anyone please help me identify this plant? 
the tip of the leaves look abit dry, does that mean it's received too much light? Thank you very much!!

If it's a Clivia it should be out of direct sunlight or the leaves will be damaged. Can't quite see what it is.
Is there a plant that pronouces as 'median' or something similar? Coz i think thats what it might be...

Rose-bay willow herb aka Fireweed. Member of quite a big family Epilobium. It is a weed.
