What is this plant, please?

Hi,
Could someone help me to identify what this plant is, please? We have just moved into a new house and can't work out what this is.
I thought it might be a Philadelphus (mock orange) but the flowers are not quite the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like Philadelphus, there are different types. What does it smell like?
I agree Busy Lizzie, looks like Philadelphus to me as well.
