Yellow leaves falling off my ornamental fruit tree (Cherry blossom)

Hello fellow gardeners.
I have had a problems for about a month or two now where yellow leaves are falling off my tree. The problems is in the middle of the tree and quite high up to.
I dont want to spray it with any chemicals as im trying to keep the bees in the garden coming.
What should i do?

Tell us a bit more about the tree - how old is it? What sort of position is it in? Did it flower well?
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Do not spray unless you know precisely what you are spraying for. If you don't know what is wrong, if anything, the spray will make no difference.
