Flowers but only one green tomato - tiny one!

Hi - can anyone give me some advice as to why I have loads of flowers on my tomatoes - in hanging baskets - and only one tiny green tomato? Should I feed the tiny tom or wait for others to appear (if they ever do)? I'm very disappointed!

My tomatoes this year are having the flowers die off and then the tiny green tomatoes start to appear up to a week after. So if you've got lots of flowers and one of them has already started a tiny tomato, I'd probably start feeding and look forward to a good crop!
