I usually spray about now to help prevent peach leaf curl next spring.....did mine today.   Another in early spring just before leaves open.  I still have bordeaux mixture which is very effective.

However, bordeaux mixture is now on the banned list ....Soon we will have no pest or disease controls image.......so I don't know what, if any, alternative sprays exist.!

Verdun - If you have a little Google (in the privacy of your own home pleeese image ) you will find various links to the 'recipe' for Bordeaux mixture. The separate ingredients can be quite legally purchased & then mixed in the correct ratios.

I am a bit fed up that the systemic fungicides which are effective against fruit scabs are no longer available. I have always used these as a last resort and very carefully - but sometimes they are quite simply the only real way to deal with the problem.
