Weird black patches on grape vine leaves
Hi all
I have just finished my first year of growing some grape vines against a sunny south London wall.
They've taken pretty well, but by the end of the season I noticed a few of the leaves getting these black patches between the veins - see the picture. No other symptoms - do you know what this could be? Doesn't look like the descriptions of fungus that I've seen in the past?
The vines are Regent variety, if that helps.

Many thanks for any help. Tom

Hi Tom
I'm pretty sure that's the leaves colouring up for the autumn - some vines have really good autumn colour -
This is one of mine a couple of weeks ago.

Oh right! Thanks! Maybe that's it then - though some were showing this back in July, but I guess they had only just been planted out then.
