I have three bushes of Rosa de l'Hay,and all three have quite a lot of yellow leaves on them.
All my other Rose bushes look nice and healthy.
I gave the usual feed in Spring and Summer.
Is there anything I can do to stop this.

No, it's normal. Rosa rugosa has lovely yellow autumn leaves and is deciduous
