I have just lifted my dalia,s and found around some of the tubers clusters. I've never seen this before, is it a diseased? If not what and what should I do with them?

Never seen that, but looks diseased, chuck them away.

I have 3 Garden Wonder tubers that have looked like this for the past 3 years. They have continued to grow well so it may not be a disease. If you are concerned store them on their own over winter and see if they grow next spring.
