Hi, Can anyone help me out, I was busy hoeing away in the garden today and I noticed a little electric blue fly the size of a greenfly, it was all around the beech hedge. It would be interesting to know what it was.

No there were quite a few, in fact it was my neighbour who spotted them, they were very sky blue ! I have'nt seen anything thing like them before which makes me think they are some sort of aphid.
