Meyer Lemon tree

Hi All

Last weekend I bought a ~3ft meyer lemon tree (kinda impulse buy). Garden centre had reduced all their citrus tree by 50%. image

It is next to my south facing patio doors for the winter with the intention of putting it outside for the summer.

It has some good size fruit and a few flower buds.

I have pruned off a couple of crossed or damaged branches and I have a new pot for it.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of trees? Will I need to hand pollinate the flowers or could they set fruit on their own? The leaves are a bit dusty/limecale-y. Given it a shower and still seems dusty.

Thanks.
