again last year i think i bought cheap at end of season just cut back in a pot and left out for winter
did well this year when i put them in the ground
should i bother lifting them now or just cut them right down and mulch over etc?
im inclined for mulch and cut down this year

The approach that I would take.
No gh but use a garage that has a window and a bench and shelf. And I do have some room left
Last year I had the black canna but stored the rhizome, didn't come back this year
I'd prefer to get more of them next year, maybe put these yellow ones somewhere else.
Either way the flowers not a fan of my wind garden
Pot them up, put somewhere frost free.

yeah i dont like the rhizome store idea and agree feel in the ground will be too wet.
ill add to my collection of ever dormant stuff in my garage. getting very busy in there now
but i feel ill end up getting the black knight canna again as fits my colour scheme and will have no need for these yellow ones, didnt know the colour when bought out of season, maybe ill pass them on
Any other names of canna I could try
Tropicana black is what had before, any others as dark but maybe not red flowers
uk probably not great, i get good sun but also wind
i want dark but maybe not the red top, more purple, seen a couple so ill decide another time
