What do I do with my Orange Trees

Hi to everybody,
I have germanated 4 orange seed about 6 years ago which have now reached the hieght of 3' as small trees, but they have thin trunks and show no signs of flowering. Can anybody help as I live in the East of Scotland and would love to see these trees reach some sort of maturity. The trees are in large pots in the greenhouse and are bubble wrapped over the winter. Any help or guidance would be most welcome.
