    not sure about the bottom but could be a philadelphus

    Second one  is unlike any Philadelphus  I've seen before. I wondering if it could be a duetzia of some description. Thanks for the first one but the silvery leaves threw me completely when I was looking at it.

    Possibly a Weigela. The leaves are more leathery than Philadelphus
