Caring for sweet peas whilst on holday

My sweet peas are flowering and most are in bud and about to flower. I am about to go on holiday for two weeks and am mindful that I won't be here to cut the lowers. In order to stop the plants turnsector seed, is it safe to cut all buds thus preventing flooring when I'm away or o I just have to accept Willbthe I will return to seed pods? I cannt rely on my neighbours to cut them.

What. No-one would like a free bunch of flowers?
