Shallots
Last week I picked my first bunch of shallots which were fine and ended up in my Risotto meal. This week I noticed that 2 bunches in the same raised bed appeared to me that the leaves were dying. I took these to bunches out of the bed, and they appeared to be soft to the touch, and did,nt smell anything like the first bunch in fact they had a sour odour to them so ended up in the compost bin . What could be wrong ?
