hi can anyone tell my why my strimmer wire keeps tangling I thought that I might have bought the wrong grade so bought a thinner one and it has made no difference I have made sure that it it is wound in the right direction nothing seems to work hope someone can help as i do not have the money to replace it as everything else works perfect
