do i dig them up,or leave them,do i cut the flowers right down,decisions.

in free draining soils, in mild winters: ok to leave in .
Here in rainy Devon on heavy soils I have to lift them
lift after the first frost.
However mine are still flowering as we haven't had a frost here yet, going by how much its raining at the moment I don't think we're due one for e while yet! dahlia flowers (and sweet peas!) for bonfire night is a possibility!
