alstromeria

I have a alstromeria in a pot, is it possible to divide it?  Thanks.

    I've heard some say they're a bit sulky after flowering, but IF it's outgrown the pot and you don't have a bigger one, nor get it in the ground, I'd say you don't have much option.

    I've got some in 3l pots, grown from seed and very congested, but I think I'll get them planted next spring.

    Of course you can, in winter when they are dormant. That's one way growers propagate them.
