Conf Pear Tree

Hi
We have a small conf pear tree (in a pot)
It had fruit on it this year but it also seems to have a pest / disease
I have attached a photo of the leaves, please could someone tell me what the problem is and if there is a resolution?

It's a fungal infection called Pear Rust. The first thing you see is orange spots and if you pick off affected leaves as soon as you see them it is easy to control. Because the fungus requires two host species (pear and juniper), it helps if you remove any junipers you may have in your garden. More on the RHS site:
