Honey Fungus??

Hi there!
I've been living in Denmark for the last years, but last week I moved back to my house in Norway where my garden has been taken care of by a friend. I've always been taking good care of my garden and I've been trying to keep it as decent as possible. When I got back home I discovered these mushrooms living around most of my garden and it looks quite terrifying. I suspect it to be the Honey fungus after talking to some of my neighbors.
I've read through many of the forums here and it seems to be plenty of different ways to remove the fungus, but then I've also read about it and how I should not have a garden full of chemicals, which may destroy the balance of my garden..
Is it possible for me to let the trees live with these funguses and maybe try having a more organic garden, or should I just go and get some Armillatox and try to kill the fungus?

The connection you are seeing here is only from the research I've done on this site the last hours. I have only one problem, which is this fungus, and I was informed that I could ask for advice here. The reason I'm talking about an organic garden is that I have the feeling I've been doing something wrong with my plants, and especially the hedge in my backyard, as shown in the photo above.
I was not expecting an unpleasant reply such as this one, and I would like just some serious advice or guidelines on how to protect my garden, just as everyone else here.
Regarding the icon, I'm not sure what you are referring to..

Most of the advice on this forum is to learn to live with honey fungus and not to use chemicals. There are many plants which are resistant to it - listed here are susceptible and resistant plants https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/pdfs/honey-fungus-host-list
Unfortunately over the past twenty-four hours there have appeared some posters who are intent on trying to cause upset on this forum by flaming/trolling and posting under several identities.
Just like fungi - they all appear at once and they all seem to have the same idiosyncratic use of English grammar
