    one of the cotoneasters I think.  C. rigida or 'Cornubia' maybe

    a closer pic of the leaves and flowers/buds would confirm (or not)

    Could you post a close up of the leaves and flowers? Difficult to tell at this distance. Could be a cotoneaster but could be something else...
