Is it a new plant? or a seedling?. Sometimes the first year things do flower at a different or later time. It has also been a really cold spring this year and things are delayed . It will probably be fine next year when it's settled in.
some of mine, possibly all descended from the same one (white) flowers whenever it feels like it. I bought the original in flower during the summer many years ago.

Mine still has flowers on it from very early spring but the seed pods are now flourishing.
