I'm going to re-do two borders in my front garden. Just looking for ideas ont'interweb and found this picture. Does anyone know what the stunning grass with the white spikes in the centre is? tanks

Might it be Melica ciliata??? I'm not good on grasses. Verdun'll know.
What a beautiful border! Certainly something to aspire to.
I am with Nut. it looks like a Pennisetum, although there are so many I don't know which.
