golden ash tree
I planted this, fraxinus exc jaspidea, a couple of months ago. Just in the last few days the lowest leaves and nearest the trunk have turned yellow and are drooping, they don't pull off easily. The soil is damp under the mulch matting so I don't think its just missing the rain. I haven't had much luck googling ash die back. Any advice please?
