Another one to name please

 Love this, has been in "flower" now since June. Can anyone name it please, and when can I split it. Want to put some over the other side of garden.

    I t looks like pampas grass to me but I could be wrong

    Thanks all,

    They ones behind are Pampas, . I think I bought them all at the same time. I usually leave the labels on the plants but I don't know where that one went to.image

    Some of the pampas were supposed to be pink, but they all turned out white. The're still lovely though and filled that corner nicely.
